Having first appeared in March, the Nike Mac Attack pair is back in the spotlight.
A campaign featuring Travis Scott and legendary tennis player John McEnroe recently appeared, and Nike has officially unveiled the "OG" colorway, which you can see in the images below.
The return of this iteration marks the first comeback for a pair that was iconic in its time. High-profile figures who are well-accustomed to working with the brand, such as LeBron James and Travis Scott, have been spotted wearing vintage pairs recently.
This essentially contributed to bringing back into the spotlight sneakers that had been forgotten for decades. The potential of such a pair and the renewed interest in them then prompted the Swoosh brand to prepare a triumphant return for these models.
From what we know, the upper construction of the pair would consist of mesh underlayers and smooth leather overlays, both treated with a lighter grey tint.
Black and navy blue accents are said to be present on the swooshes, the front of the pair is also said to be made of mesh in the same color as well as the leather collars and lower heels.
The tongues are designed with black and blue checkered banners and are stamped with the red Nike Sportswear logo.
The pair is expected to be released at a price of $120 on June 23rd of this year.
