Nike continues to revisit its cult models, and among the most unexpected returns is the legendary Nike Dunk High " Wu-Tang ."
Inspired by the original 1999 release, this reissue pays homage to the legendary hip-hop collective, the Wu-Tang Clan .
Although this silhouette was initially reserved for friends and family of the band, it gained notoriety due to its rarity , with only 36 pairs available at the time and a resale price of up to US$50,000 .
Now, the 2024 reissue aims to faithfully recreate this legendary design , generating immense anticipation among sneaker fans, and especially Wu-Tang fans.
The pair features numerous references to the group, with a black leather construction and yellow overlays, reminiscent of the " Goldenrod " version of the pair, as well as the iconic Wu-Tang "W" logo embroidered on the lateral heel and tongue label.
While a September launch has been rumored, no official release date has yet been confirmed. However, enthusiasts can expect the pair to be available via the SNKRS app and select retailers, with a price tag approaching $150 USD .
