These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relations between MysteryBoxShop, a company registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number: 87812985700024 , having its registered office at "12 Rue Traine Cul, 42510 Néronde, France" (hereinafter "We") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "You") making a purchase on our website MysteryBox-Shop .com

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of personalized products offered on the Site.

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge having read these General Terms and Conditions and accept them without reservation. These General Terms and Conditions may be modified by us at any time; the applicable conditions will be those in force on the Site on the date of your order.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those that appear on the Site on the day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stocks. Personalized products are designed according to the specifications that You provide to us (text, images, colors, etc.).

We make every effort to ensure that the representation of the products on the Site is as faithful as possible. However, variations may occur, in particular due to the technical limitations of the computer equipment used for visualization.

4. Order

4.1 **Ordering Process**
To place an order, you must follow these steps:

- Choice of delivery method.
- Payment validation.

4.2 **Order validation**
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

5. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) and do not include delivery costs, which are added before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the Site. Payment information is processed securely through our payment partner ShopPay.

Full payment must be made before your order is manufactured and shipped.

7. Delivery

7.1 **Delivery time**
Products are delivered to the address indicated when you placed your order. Delivery times depend on the type of product ordered and the delivery address. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you when you confirm your order.

7.2 **Liability**
We decline all responsibility in the event of a delay in delivery due to force majeure or an event beyond our control (strike, exceptional weather conditions, etc.).

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns


In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as sealed products that have been opened after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at cs@mysterybox-shop.com or by post at 12 Rue Traine Cul, 42510 Néronde, France.

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing proof (photos, description of the defect). We will then exchange or refund the product.

In accordance with our return policy, returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, a discount proportional to the loss in value of the product will be applied to the refund. This discount is justified by the need to recondition the item or by its inability to be resold as new.

Discount scale applied in the event of a non-compliant return

  • Item as described (unworn, with intact packaging) → Full refund
  • Item opened but replaced in its original packaging → 10% discount
  • Item opened and not replaced in its original packaging → 25% discount
  • Item returned in poor condition (worn, washed, damaged, without tags or packaging necessary for resale) → Discount of up to 50% or refusal of return

If the requested documents are missing from the return (invoice, explanatory sheet, order information), the refund may be delayed or the return may be considered non-compliant.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is deemed unsaleable in its original condition.

9. Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

10. Intellectual Property

The elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
