At MysteryBoxShop, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through our return policy.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on certain types of products, including:
- Gift cards
- Personal products such as underwear, masks, and headwear
To initiate a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. (Please note that you should not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer)
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your application is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
- A partial refund may be granted for:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank to verify the status of your refund.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or purchased with a promotional code are non-refundable unless you cancel in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at cs@mysterybox-shop.com and return the item to the following address: 12 Rue Traine Cul, 42510, Néronde, France.
Gifts :
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the return amount. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over €75. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
