At MysteryBoxShop, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item isn't right for you, you can simply return it by following the conditions below.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return it, without justification or additional costs.
Return conditions
- Items in their original condition
- Unworn, unwashed
- Labels intact
- No signs of wear or damage
How to make a return
- Contact us: via cs@mysterybox-shop.com or your customer account, with your order number and the items concerned.
- Prepare your package: use the original packaging or a sturdy equivalent.
- Send it: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.
Refund
- Processing within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of items
- Refund via the original payment method
- Initial delivery charges are not refunded (except in the event of an error on our part)
